Welcome to LoveSigns™, a dating platform operated by Selfless Inc. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using LoveSigns, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use LoveSigns, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
  • Not have been previously banned from LoveSigns

By using LoveSigns, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security
  • You must provide accurate, current information when creating your account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
  • You may only create one account per person
  • You may not impersonate others or create fake profiles
4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Free Features:

Profile creation, compatibility browsing, and Q&A sharing with potential matches.

Paid Subscriptions:

  • Monthly Plan ($50/month) - includes 1 Speed Dating event
  • 3-Month Plan ($100/3 months) - includes 3 Speed Dating events
  • Lifetime Plan ($200 one-time) - unlimited Speed Dating events

Payment Terms:

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are provided only as required by law
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • For iOS App Store purchases, Apple's payment terms apply

Important: Subscriptions purchased through iOS App Store are managed by Apple. Cancellations must be done through Apple's subscription management.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
  • Solicit money or financial information from other users
  • Use LoveSigns for commercial purposes or spam
  • Scrape, copy, or misuse user data
  • Create fake profiles or use bots
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Circumvent security measures or attempt unauthorized access

Violations will result in warnings, suspension, or permanent ban without refund.

6. Content Ownership and Rights

Your Content:

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, messages, profile information). By posting content, you grant LoveSigns a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and store your content solely for providing our services.

Our Content:

LoveSigns, its name, logo, design, and features are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Key privacy features:

  • Photos remain hidden until mutual consent
  • Exact address never shared with other users
  • You control what information is visible on your profile
  • You can delete your account and data at any time
8. Matching Algorithm and Features

LoveSigns uses a proprietary matching algorithm based on:

  • Zodiac compatibility (3-tier system)
  • Questionnaire responses (27 questions)
  • Your stated preferences (age, distance, partner type)

We do not guarantee matches or specific results. Compatibility scores are for entertainment and guidance only.

9. Safety and Reporting

Your safety is our priority. If you encounter inappropriate behavior:

  • Report users through the app's reporting feature
  • Block users to prevent further contact
  • Contact support for serious issues
  • Contact local authorities for physical safety concerns

We review all reports and take appropriate action, including permanent bans for serious violations.

10. Account Termination

By You:

You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon deletion, your profile, photos, and messages will be permanently removed within 30 days.

By Us:

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, pose a safety risk, or engage in fraudulent activity. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS:

  • LoveSigns is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not screen or verify all users - use caution when meeting in person
  • We are not responsible for user conduct, safety incidents, or offline interactions
  • Compatibility scores are not scientifically proven
  • We do not guarantee matches, relationships, or specific outcomes

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELFLESS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF LOVESIGNS.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
