Child Safety Policy

LoveSigns^™ is exclusively designed for adults aged 18 years and older. We enforce this requirement through multiple layers:

• Age gate confirmation is required before account creation
• Date of birth is collected and verified during onboarding
• Users must confirm they are 18+ before accessing any features
• Accounts found to belong to minors are immediately terminated
• Users above 18 cannot view, match with, or contact anyone under 18

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on LoveSigns^™:

• Any sexual content involving minors (CSAM) — including images, videos, or written content
• Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors in any form
• Misrepresenting your age to gain access to the platform
• Attempting to connect with or contact users who are, or appear to be, under 18
• Sharing, distributing, or linking to any content that sexually exploits children
• Any communication that sexualizes minors, even in a fictional context

We take proactive steps to detect and prevent exploitation of minors:

• User reports of suspicious behavior are reviewed promptly
• Accounts suspected of involving minors are immediately suspended pending review
• Violations result in immediate permanent account termination
• We reserve the right to report violations to law enforcement and relevant authorities
• All profile photos and content are subject to review for policy compliance

You can also report directly within the app via the Settings → Report a Problem feature. All child safety reports are treated as highest priority.

LoveSigns^™ fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies investigating child exploitation. We will provide all legally required information to assist in such investigations and will report any discovered CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by US law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A).
